Configure Partial Receiving

Partial Receiving is a feature that allows users to receive a shipment in portions. This feature is turned off by default and can be turned on in locations where it is required. For information on the Partial Receiving process, please see Partial Receiving. 

To configure your location to have the partial receiving feature turned on, see below:

1. On the top navigation bar, hover over Configuration > Under Parties, and click on Locations. This will direct you to the list of locations. 
2. You can look for your location from the list OR use filters to look for your location. Once you find your location, click on the Name hyperlink. 
3. On the resulting page, you will see various tabs, including Location, Configuration, Address, Zone Locations, Bin Locations, and Forecasting. 
4. Go to the Configuration tab. 
5. On the Supported Activities row, uncheck the "Use Default Settings" if it is checked. 
6. Now, under the "Use Default Setting" you can add supported activities for the location. 
7. Click inside the box and select "Partial Receiving" from the drop-down. 
8. Click Save. 

Now, the Partial Receiving feature has been turned on for your location.
